The second Real Estate card costs 2 Capital to buy. The third costs 3 Capital to buy. The fourth costs 4 Capital to buy. Etc.
Note: All players retain control of their starting REAL ESTATE card.
This means that if a player only has one Real Estate card in their control, it cannot be affected by EVENTS or UNIT abilities.
